State of the game
Tap to the Top is in development. The game content described on the home page is the build plan, not the shipped state. Which parts already run and which do not is stated openly in the section „Honest about where we are". No commitment to a particular feature set or release date follows from it.
No connection to the Oktoberfest
Tap to the Top is an independent game inspired by the Munich beer festival. It has no connection to the city of Munich or to the businesses, breweries and tent operators of the Oktoberfest. All breweries, tents, brands and people appearing in the game are invented.
Consumer dispute resolution
I am neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
